2 EcoFlow panels, 23″ X 38″ with a gap between to allow me to connect the actuator.

Panel frame

A look at the frame. It is simply two pieces of angled, punched steel to handle the pivot and the same to be the top and bottom of the frame.

Hinge and pin

The garage door hinge holds the panels. There are five 3″ structural screws holding it in place. You can see the cotter pin holding the pivot pin in place.

Pivot pin

Another view of the pin being used to pivot. While there is a cotter pin on one side, you can see the top part of the pin here.
